Working principle: Put a baking tray, bottle, or cart filled with materials into the box, start the PLC programmable control system, the internal circulation fan works, heats, and the butterfly valve opens simultaneously, and the drying box quickly heats up. Under the action of the internal circulation fan, hot air enters the box through a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter, forming a uniformly distributed air that is transferred to the box under the micro pore regulation. Dry air absorbs the moisture on the surface of the bottle (material, item), enters the heating channel for evaporation and discharge, and dry air circulates in a directional manner under the action of the fan, while water vapor is discharged. As the water vapor gradually decreases and fresh filtered air is intermittently replenished, the inside of the box is in a positive pressure state, the constant temperature ends, and the process control is complete. A plate filled with bottles (or materials) is placed into the box, and the PLC program control system is started. The heating system starts working, and the electric butterfly valve opens simultaneously. The temperature rises rapidly, and water vapor is quickly discharged from the opening of the electric butterfly valve. As the water vapor gradually decreases, the electric butterfly valve automatically closes, and fresh air is continuously replenished through a high-temperature resistant filter to form a balanced state inside the box
The heated dry air generates slight pressure under the action of the hot air fan, and enters the box through a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter. Under the action of the buffer fine-tuning plate, a uniform distributed airflow is formed and transmitted to the box. The hot dry air absorbs the moisture on the surface of the bottle and enters the exhaust channel for evaporation and discharge. The dry air circulates in a directional manner under the action of the hot air fan, and works in a sequential and timed manner to achieve sterilization and drying effects
