The JR.FG series ventilated sterilization cabinet utilizes a process mode of mixed pressure sterilization of clean steam and air, which can effectively control the pressure balance and backpressure protection of equipment and products. It has been widely used and achieved good results in the sterilization field where it is necessary to maintain and protect the appearance and sealing state of items. The forced convection fan and guide plate structure ensure uniform mixing of unsaturated steam inside the chamber, ensuring uniform sterilization temperature. There is a cooling coil inside the equipment, and the cooling and drying of the product is achieved by introducing cooling water into the condensing coil to condense the mixed gas in the sterilization chamber. Cold air flows through the product to cool it, while the water stains on the surface of the product evaporate, ultimately achieving the purpose of cooling and drying. For certain varieties with high drying requirements, hot air drying function can be added.

The main unit of this series of ventilated sterilizers is a horizontal rectangular structure, with a 304 or 316L stainless steel inner liner and a fully stainless steel brushed plate outer cover, and has a standard GMP verification interface.

The industrial control system PLC+HMI has standard functions of "user management, data storage, and formula management". The sterilization process is traceable, and it has independent data recording devices and industrial control systems for mutual comparison to ensure data accuracy. The dual control of temperature, time, and F0 meets the requirements of pharmacopoeias in various countries.
