This series of low temperature vacuum drying oven is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials which are easy to decompose, polymerize or deteriorate at high temperature. Before drying, it can be disinfected and there is no impure material mixed in the drying process. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronic and other industries.
The dried material is heated and dried under vacuum condition. The low temperature vacuum drying oven is pumped by vacuum pump to accelerate the drying rate. When the heating temperature is constant and the vacuum degree is increased, the drying rate can be accelerated. When the vacuum is constant and the heating temperature is increased, the drying rate can be accelerated. If the vacuum degree and heating temperature are increased, the drying rate will be greatly accelerated.
●系统通过控制供热-真空达到平衡,使物料全程处于不溢盘(有监控)的中度~高度沸腾状态;
●物料在沸腾状态下干燥,浸膏块处于疏松多孔状态,粉碎后,细粉堆密度较小,更容易溶解;
●干燥箱通过加热板层的设计,比传统真空箱有更大的加热面积,加热更均匀;
●为便于每一处物料都能同步干燥,它在设计上对加热料用器皿\加热板层的平整度要求更高;
●低温真空干燥箱采用压缩气体形成"气针/气刀"有效刺破/切破结皮,加快浓缩进程,避免爆沸造成的溢盘逃料;
●侧面多通道抽真空/补气,使系统内的真空,在使用板层加热后,依然均匀,同时有效避免了冷凝水回流至物料内,造成局部不干燥而影响干燥速度;
●可选配CIP清洗系统(带蒸汽润洗、浸泡、喷淋等多种清洗模式)。
